In my first newsletter, it is my intent to share with you my future plans after completing my tenure as President of vuTyme, scaling a hospitality entertainment software solution to cable operators like Charter, Cox and Foxtel. I have spent my career working for companies like Liberty Media, Fox Sports, PlayStation, and WarnerMedia. My next venture is going to be a bit different; it is called Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), where I will acquire a small business and then work with the team to improve and grow the business. What is ETA and why now?

With baby boomers retiring, many profitable businesses ($3M–$20M revenue, $500k–$4M EBITDA) are for sale. My leadership experience and expertise in software and technology positions me to modernize these companies for significant growth.
