Damon Johnson is the Managing Partner of Seminare Capital, LLC. He started Seminare in 2025 after 30+ years in executive roles at Liberty Media, Fox Sports, PlayStation and HBO Max. Most recently he was the President of vuTyme, an in-room entertainment software and hardware solution for hotels, hospitals and senior care facilities. The solutions customers are the largest cable and satellite operators in the U.S., Europe and Australia. Mr. Johnson is now focused on the acquistion of software development firm or IT Managed Service Provider in the lower to mid-market segments.
