What industries do you target?

We target IT managed service providers, Healthcare Compliance firms, Cybersecurity Audit and Management, and Software solutions for cloud and AI technologies and light manufacturing.

How do you select businesses?

Once we have identified a potential acquisition that aligns with our investment strategy and growth potential, we arrange to visit the company and meet with the owners/sellers and tour their business. Once we've agreed on the terms, we perform a thorough due diligence and move steadfast towards and agreement and effective transition.

What size companies to you acquire?

Every company is different, but we target companies with a strong management team, which usually means they generate over $1M in Cash Flow (EBITDA) per year. While there is no fixed ceiling, we think there are some great opportunities up to $20M or $30M in Cash Flow.

Damon started Seminare in 2025 after 30+ years in executive roles at Liberty Media, Fox Sports, PlayStation and HBO Max. Most recently he was the President of an in-room entertainment software, hardware and IT managed services solution for hotels, hospitals and senior care facilities.
